MID TIER SERVICE OFFERS

1/ INTER-MID DESIGN CONSULTATION​

£1,400 + VAT

For commercial & residential properties.

Up to 6 hours with the client and 2 hrs on a follow up summary presentation. On site in studio or via Zoom

​

  • Suggested x2 blocks of 3 hours to aid focus and digestion of ideas and issues.

  • Build the scheme with inspiration images for the initial concept via a digital mood board; space planning and layout ideas or initial FF&E ideas

  • Covers a total of 3 rooms

  • Non-refundable payment due on booking the session.

  • 48 hours notice is required in order to reschedule, otherwise you will be charged the full amount.

  • All advice given, covered by our full T&Cs. Including that no duplication of any advice to be allowed for any other project than as intended for this.

  • All intellectual property belongs to studio ATARA.

  • Excludes travel cost. Cost to be confirmed depending on projects location

Bolt on FF&E proposal: 

  • Inter-mid design consultation bolt-on or a stand alone service

  • FF&E ideas on a digital presentation

Set fee £1000 + VAT,

Plus 20% charge of estimated budget for all FF&E items (on trade prices)

2/ FULL CONCEPT - DESIGN ONLY

For commercial & residential properties.

  • Full concept scheme, including mood boards, space planning on floor plans (using client supplied plans with dimensions), samples of initial materials finishes, initial lighting and furniture ideas

  • If no client supplied plans available, studio can undertake site survey for £400+vat

  • Presented on a digital presentation.

  • 2 rounds of amendments included only.

  • Non-refundable payment due on booking the session.

  • 48 hours notice is required in order to reschedule, otherwise you will be charged the full amount.

  • All advice given, covered by our full T&Cs. Including that no duplication of any advice to be allowed for any other project than as intended for this.

  • Full concept - Design only bolt-on or a stand alone service

  • FF&E ideas on a digital presentation

Fee range from £1000-3000 + VAT depending on size of the project, Plus 20% charge of estimated budget for all FF&E items (on trade prices)

3/ ONE DAY WITH THE DESIGNER​

£800 + VAT

For commercial & residential properties.

  • Led by clients requirements. 

  • Clear directive from client via qualifying questions before booking this service The more information provided beforehand, the more we can get out of the session.

  • Advice could be from overall project review to particular areas

  • Review of samples, colours, FF&E items and full overview of client’s design ideas

  • FF&E shopping

  • Non-refundable payment due on booking the session

  • 48 hours notice is required in order to reschedule, otherwise you will be charged the full amount.

  • All advice given, covered by our full T&Cs. Including that no duplication of any advice to be allowed for any other project than as intended for this.

4/ IWBI WELL AP - INITIAL CONSULTATION

£600 + VAT

For commercial & residential properties.

Up to 4 hours On site and/or with plans, in the studio.

  • Available from Spring 2024

  • Go through the 10 concepts and the overall vision of the WELL credentials

  • Guidance for client on viability of their project fro IWBI adherence

  • Non-refundable payment due on booking the session

  • 48 hours notice is required in order to reschedule, otherwise you will be charged the full amount.

5/ STYLING SERVICE - FOR SALE OR EVENT

£400/ROOM + VAT

For commercial & residential properties.

  • Sale of house

  • Property photoshoot

  • Special event such as new baby, engagement, wedding, birthday, Christmas, party

  • Designs presented digitally. All items requiring full and final sign off before purchase and positioning

  • All items purchased can be bought by the client at trade+20%+vat

  • Non-refundable payment due on booking the session

  • 48 hours notice is required in order to reschedule, otherwise you will be charged the full amount.

  • All advice given, covered by our full T&Cs. Including that no duplication of any advice to be allowed for any other project than as intended for this.

  • All intellectual property belongs to studio ATARA.

6/ ARTWORK AND/OR PLANT CURATION

ON ENQUIRY - SEE BELOW

For commercial & residential properties.

  • After initial brief with client, a series of initial suggestions to be presented digitally

  • Following full feedback, narrowed down choices. Repeated twice before final choices and sign off

  • After final sign off of all pieces, frames, pots and all other finishes to be decided.

  • Purchase, curation and final positioning of all pieces

  • Full fees due up to point of purchase

  • Any changes to brief, new proposal drawn up to cover new change of direction

  • Non-refundable payment due on booking the session

  • 48 hours notice is required in order to reschedule, otherwise you will be charged the full amount.
